The Worcester State Chorale took part in a 9 day performance tour of Germany from May 16 to May 24, 2011. The Chorale stayed in Berlin and Munich and visited cities such as Potsdam, Dresden, Leipzig, and Hohenschwangau. During their time there they saw such landmarks as Reichstag Roof Terrace, Charlottenburg Palace, Checkpoint Charlie Museum, Sanssouci, Semperoper opera house - one of the most famous concert halls in the world, Amalienborg Palace, Cuvilliés Theater, and Neuschwanstein Castle. There were three scheduled Chorale performances during the trip.
